Ho Ho Holy Shit the holiday bomb has gone off. The holiday season is here and it has gotten busy! I took about a hundred billion trillion pictures today of just about everything in the house that wasn't nailed down and that I could sell. People will buy used dentures won't they? It is no secret that I am a messy person. But I also like it clean and have to have everything cleaned up before I start anything new. I have a long night ahead of me sewing, posting items to ebay and etsy, and lots of Dr. Pepper and Wheat Thins to eat. So I had to clean this dump up before I began anew. Yes, the house basically looks like this before and after everyday!

soon as I can get photographed and posted to the shop. Now that my worker mice
are back from their trip to Boca Raton and are busy sewing and prepping
for a big shop update the photo hippos have left for a mud spa retreat. So I am
left to do all the work myself... AGAIN! So I am working as fast as I can. The
donkey is super adorable, especially with those spots. I don't think that I
have ever seen a spotted donkey. The two owls are actually salt and pepper
shakers. So not only will you get salty and pepper the owls you will also get a
dose of wise-ness along with seasoned food.
tiny shop update
Since my sneak attack generated so many sales my store looked like it barely survived a Black Friday blow out sale. It is pretty bare and I am slowly stocking the store back up. Unfortunately my worker mice have the week off and I am relegated to doing all the work myself so I am working as fast as I can. I hope those mice are enjoying their time in Boca, must be nice having such a wonderful boss. Pleas stop by the store and check out all the goodies.
sneak attacked
Last week I was happily minding my own business being an anonymous esty seller with only a couple sales to my name and then bam!!! I exploded onto the esty scene of "a store with multiple sales!" Did the entire esty buying population finally realize that my store was packed with everything and anything that they now could not live without? Well not really, but close. I was sponsored by Tennekka of MODNAROS by Tennekka on the site handmademovement.com as a "victim" or featured seller. What's a Sneak Attack? Every weekday at an appointed time, an Etsy shop with few or no sales is announced on the site. As many people as possible then buy items from that shop, resulting in a frenzy of surprise business to the unsuspecting shop! A frenzy and a surprise it was. I want to extend a huge hug and thanks to all that participated. It has already created momentum for my little shop and I have had two additional sales since "the big day" as we call it around here at monkeys always look headquarters. As well it has made me super motivated and my brain hasn't shut off since then, resulting in many sleepless nights and headless chicken running as I scurry around creating more goodies to stock the shop.
